Eradicure can offer the Professional and homeowner a range of surveying services; this could take the form of an inspection, report and quotation for dealing with a specific problem:

The surveys are carried out by fully qualified staff with full professional indemnity insurance, and to PCA (BWPDA) codes of practice.

WHAT WILL A SURVEY INCLUDE?
Typically a survey will produce a report on the presence of any general dampness, infestation or decay issues within a building, or a detailed analysis of a specific problem.

It would also highlight or advise on any related issues or defects which may be the cause of the problem or contributing to it.
It may also include a quotation for any work which may be required within our range of services or recommendations as to any other action required.

SURVEY CHARGES
You may be asked to pay a fee for a survey, particularly when required for pre-purchase purposes, or for rented properties.

The amount to pay will depend upon the type of property, extent of survey, and area. This may be reduced or waived if you are a previous client of ours, or have been recommended to us.

Please Remember – Free surveys offered by some companies don’t pay surveyors wages; by charging for a survey, we can provide an objective view of the situation.
