Eradicure (Stratford upon Avon) Limited were called in to carry out structural timber repairs.
THE PROBLEM: During the conversion into offices, a number of roof timbers were found to be decayed by wet rot due to water leaking through the roof.
Eradicure were asked to provide a repair solution with minimal disruption to the building fabric or construction works.

THE SOLUTION
Eradicure employed Epoxy Resin Timber Engineering Techniques to attach new timber sections.
This process uses a combination of Epoxy Resin and steel reinforcement to provide a structural bond between old and new timber.
The advantages of this process are that it was carried out without disturbing the surrounding roof structure.
